A 12 session programme over 6 weeks, every Monday and Thursday, covering Mindfulness, First Aid, Jump for Joy (trampolining) and Self Defence. Information coffee morning on 10th January in Mountmellick Sports Complex at 9.30am

Our walking group will be starting back every Tuesday beginning on the 8th of January at 9.15am. Departing from the Primary Schools gates, we will be doing the newly launched Slí na Sláinte walking route. All levels of fitness are welcome and routes will be varied according to ability.
